RAIN – Interactive Digital Installation
RAIN is an interactive digital installation created with Unity and C# programming. Using a camera-based real-time motion tracking system, the projected rain environment responds to the movements and presence of visitors.
The work extends the themes of the Between Worlds painting series beyond the canvas and transforms the viewer from an observer into an active participant. Through interaction, the digital environment changes with the presence of each person, creating a direct connection between human perception, movement, and technology.
Inspired by the symbolic role of natural elements within my paintings, rain represents constant change, external influences, and the relationship between the individual and the surrounding world. By bringing this element into an interactive space, the installation explores how our presence can influence the reality we experience.
