OBJECT_SUBJECT (2024)

Genealogy: the subject's quest for the right to exist in view of the objectification of subject.

(Having been stateless, my father acts as a metaphor in this work for the objectification of humanity).

-Tree rings represent the different phases of life. (Woodcut).

-Circles drawn with colored pencils represent reflections of water. Life of human beings are merely a reflection (colored pencil).

-Wooden cubes represent the objectification of human beings.
