Misfit

This 6 meters drawing represents two bears separated by large amounts of water. They are misfits for the society such as artist who are ostracised from the society because they don't correspond to any given predefined box. But there's a need to enlighten both because neither of them can survive without the help of the others. But society would not be able to live without nature or art either. How long would you survive without music for example ? The artist work is to put in images the problematics of his time, and a huge problematic nowadays is climate change. One of the first consequences of ice laguna melting is the rise of see levels and the endangerment of polar bears. As the artist I would like to participate in this matter by donating a part of my profits to WWF and Greenpeace. To produce this drawing I only used paper, pencils and pastels with FSC label. This artwork is a nod to Chinese painting, where you can admire the immensity of the landscape in comparison with the small size of the figures.
