MATERIA is an exploration of transformation through matter.
The project begins with a simple observation: every change starts long before it becomes visible. Beneath every surface, forces accumulate, tensions build, and something slowly begins to shift.
Through sculptural reliefs and textured surfaces, I shape matter as if it were a living body. I break it, compress it, cover it, and allow it to emerge, turning the creative process itself into part of the artwork.
The triptych unfolds as a gradual journey.
Below represents what remains hidden beneath the surface, where change exists but has not yet revealed itself.
Emergence captures the moment when an inner force begins to find its way outward, creating the first visible fracture.
Beyond marks the point where containment is no longer possible. Matter opens, expands, and becomes something new.
Rather than illustrating emotions or telling a specific story, MATERIA invites the viewer to reflect on transformation as a universal condition. The work is not about the final form, but about the invisible process that makes every new form possible.
