The work consists of four silk panels arranged in different configuration (as attached photo) to take advantage of the translucent nature of the silk. The four silk panels depict a fantastical Garden of Eden. It is a place of deceptive beauty where danger, death and decay are ever present and can be observed in the intricate details. The plants are wild weeds native to Vietnam, the insects are destructive pests such as locusts, stink bugs, wasps. Humanity is stripped to bare bones to walk in the remains of what might have been.
The work is titled "Walking in the garden".
