The theatrical installation Human Study 2.d, La Grande Vanité au Corbeau et au Renard is inspired by the famous Dutch allegories painted in the XVth century. A series of objects, a human skull, a fox and a stuffed crow make up a still life arranged on a table. In front of this scene, three robots from the RN-P series each pass a single arm and a single eye, the bare essentials for being able to draw from observation. Their bodies are old school desks on which sheets of paper are placed. Although the drawing technique of these robots is based on Tresset's, it's style is influenced by the robot's characteristics. The robots tirelessly draw elements of this vanity, in a sort of commentary on the futility of human existence.
