Artist Tianyu Gu, invited by Glenfiddich, created "Four Seasons in the Valley". Barley is a key element in whiskey
making and one of the inspirations for Glenfiddich's triangular bottle design. Using repeated firings, the artist
sculpted and weaved the glass barrel, symbolically incorporating the flow of the valley's seasons and myriad
flowers into the barrel with elements such as barley, paying tribute to the hardships and sweat of the craftsmen
who make whiskey. The expectation is that viewers, upon seeing the artwork formed through repeated firings, can
also sense the generational commitment of the Glenfiddich family – "Crafting the best whiskey in the valley".
