In memory of Sahar Khodayari, known as Blue Girl, who died on September 9, 2019 in Tehran. She set herself on fire outside the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Tehran to protest against the six-month prison sentence imposed on her for attempting to enter the Azadi Stadium illegally and unveiled. She was nicknamed Blue girl, "the blue girl", because she liked to wear the blue color of Esteghlal, her favorite team. This tragic event led me to work on a project for a series of very small porcelain sculptures (maximum 10 cm). The whiteness of porcelain evoking the purity and the blue of the ink poured on the face and the body of the naked women bring out the feminine sweetness and the perfume of freedom of right to dispose of their bodies. The small choice evokes their greatly reduced rights in the face of immensity of political and social pressure.
