Apollon, ou L'Esprit de l'Homme. (Clay, acrylic paint, gilding)
The bust recalls the tradition of the public bronze sculpture, which aspect and meaning could be changed by touching rituals. Apollo, god of creation and inspiration, represents the collective and uninterrumpted act of creation. His head, modeled with visible fingerprints of the artist, calls for the touch of spectators and stands for a metaphor of the human mind, shaped by all humans, their simbols and traditions overtime.
