I have captured this while kayaking. It illustrates the ancient baltic view, when children tales where told about domestic animals having adventures & being surrealistically close to villagers.
This modest view represents day-to-day village life - a big part of baltic cultures. However in the midst of climate, political & economical crisis, this view is getting quietly extinct.
People die, never told tales die with them. We get urbanised & multicultural, but sink our genuine self in social media. Our living is at radical shift, there is no way of changing that.
So I capture valuable moments of small, but essential pieces, that made us unique, hoping to remind about the tales of our childhood.
