URBAN NATURE is a collection of city photos taken from a vertical perspective. This means they were taken close to the facades of buildings, pointing the camera skyward. This decontextualizes the photographed buildings and shows a series of different urban landscapes.
The city in his highest expresion is beautiful although artificial, but by adopting an alternative point of view, the city is transmuted into a series of naturalistic landscapes. Deserts, dream worlds, invented planets, beaches, sea, abstract, futuristic spaces, docks stranded in calm seas. Everything is false. A falsehood that raises questions in the viewer. Is what you see reality? Or its appearance. The ultimate goal is to force the viewer to reflect on the limits of the reality that surrounds them.
I observe and think about the city as a container of life. Product of the human being, to organize his vital existence. Built to achieve the greatest efficiency to achieve that goal. But it is a mirror of man\'s failure and a reflection of his imperfection to satisfy his needs. Cities that collect the synergies of their inhabitants, but at the same time cause their stress and unhappiness.
My photographic gaze does not try to provide answers to the dilemmas and challenges posed by the city, but It,s a tribute to the city and a recognition of its transmuting capacity, its power to become something that its creators did not intend. A vision that admires its capacity for change, for camouflage, for its adaptation to the rest of the planet. My intention is to make the city unrecognizable, to twist its image, to transform it into something that it is not, to displace the limits of its reality.

Nature city opens up an imaginary and unreal world and an alternative, perhaps illusory, for those who think that human civilization has colonized the planet and displaced nature, subjecting it to a slow and agonizing death. I seek to bring out the beautiful and enigmatic of the city, but also the mysterious, the magical, the different, the opposite of the sad reality of the city.
My challenge is to look for natural landscapes, storms, beaches, imagined planets, sand, lakes, rivers, hills, sand, stones. The city sublimated in NATURE with Capital Letters.
