1 - China-Shanghai – on the Bund – a white ship on the Huangpu River, integrated into the backdrop of buildings along the Bund

The MC is for my showed images - this primarily concerns – or rather, relates to my perception of – specific lighting situations. It mostly involves moving the camera across light sources (such as lamps) where the glow ranges from defined light to a diffuse radiance – meaning no visual boundary lines or surfaces are perceptible, the transition from one color to another allows for a longer or broader shift – involving barely perceptible variations in intensity or saturation – that only becomes visible when the distance to the other color appears to diminish. In any case, light sources are distinct from one another only in their immediate vicinity; as the distance between them increases, the glow of the light takes over, extending to the threshold of a merely apparent existence. This manifests not only in the blackness of colorlessness or, conversely, in the additive combination of brightness and the reduction of color – resulting in a colorless white that approaches the concept of a "white hole", even though such a phenomenon does not exist in physics.* see in this regard: "White holes are purely hypothetical astronomical objects from general relativity – the mathematical counterpart to black holes – that eject matter instand of sucking it in – see Wikipedia+2

This image was intentionally shot with a moving camera from a white cruise ship on the Huangpu-river, in front of high buildings backdrop...to capture the movements of the many visitors along "The Bund" promenade - and the way they are perceived - in a manner that refkects that motion, amidst a multitude of moving, flashing, and constantly changing lights.
