ANTONY is one of the 30 portraits that make up the INVISIBLE MONSTERS series.

In this series, faces dissolve into glitches and become “transfigured” portraits that explore the fragmented self in the age of social media, now an inescapable presence in our lives. The glitch acts as a distorting mirror: it denounces the obsession with aesthetic perfection and reveals our hidden “sins,” echoing The Picture of Dorian Gray.

Today, transgressions are no longer concealed: they are displayed, becoming a spectacle, a product to be consumed. The glitch, then, ceases to be merely an error and becomes a metaphor for our imperfect humanity.
