This work exposes the hollow illusions sold by mass media. The composition frames a recurring newspaper headline—"Poor Man Dies Alone"—against commercial textures to critique the empty, fabricated beliefs corporate society imposes on the public. Through the volatile intervention of fire, the composition is physically destabilized, allowing a chaotic "wilderness" to reclaim the canvas and expose raw existential truth.
