In this blue-saturated scene, hybrid half-woman, half-mermaid figures overturn the imagery of exotic and religious fantasy: while some expect to find 1,000 virgins in paradise, they are instead confronted with powerful, ironic, and untamable bodies.

The provocative slogan acts as a visual rebuttal to patriarchal promises of a paradise shaped by and for male desire.

Here, women reclaim control of the narrative, transforming fantasy into a space of subversion and emancipation.
