The main subjects of my drawings are people, people in the
street, at work, in their everyday life and especially women. This drawing is
part of a series inspired by women that I met in my latest travel to Cuba, in
August 2017.
The light and colors are also fundamental in this piece. I was intrigued by the "normalcy" of the scene that seemed somehow unusual to a westerner, and by how laid back the women were wearing these uniforms.
