Frank Chinea Inguanzo, was born in Santi Spiritus, Cuba on July 31, 1952. He immigrated to the United States in 1962 after Castro’s Revolution. Since his arrival in the U.S., he has lived and worked in 1ááMiami’s Little Havana, the roots of the Cuban Diáspora. Chinea is a talented, self-taught artist that knows demonstrates his innate artistic skills through oil and pastel p¿techniques. He has developed a pictorial style of blurred and mysterious characters, products of his creative imagination and his love of dreams. He works day or night, and for long, intense periods of creation in which he releases into his works the visceral impulses that devour his Soul.
