The inspiration is from a true story which is happened on Guangzhou Shaoguan Zoo.
The monkey Housan is a monkey who has depressive disorder. Once he picked up some butts of visitors and imitated to smoke, he was addicted to smoke. Over-smoking leaded to serious pneumonia and hallucination. The mental health of Housan got worth and it even suffered visual hallucianation. I can't imagine how terrible in it's visual, but in the document it was scared of communication and light.Always looking for some butts on the ground. However, people didn' t stop the unreasonable behavior and just irritated Housan to smoke to satisfy their own curiosity.To attract more visitors, "a smoking monkey'' even became a selling point of the zoo. When some zoo keepers found the situation got worse and worse and tried to save the life of Housan, everything was too late. It began to hurt itself when it couldn't get the cigarette.People could always see some scald and injuries which was caused by itself. Some brutal ones even poke it by the butts. they teased and laughed at it without moral standard just for catering the abnormal bobby of them selves.
