Inspired by the James Webb Space Telescope and the many amazing discoveries and images it has made. Artist rendition of two galaxies colliding, which activates the galactic nuclei. The supermassive blackhole then begins feeding while its gravitational forces cause its accretion disc to shine with galaxies worth of luminosity. Reminding me somehow tonally of John Singer Seargent's masterpiece, "Carnation, Lily, Lily, Rose", the title was chosen in reference and homage to the legendary portrait painter.
