Psalm 56

Psalm 56 speaks about how God saves us from death and how God will give us confidence when we put our trust in Him when we are afraid. I read the Psalm and wanted to express the beautiful words in a new format. I thought to myself, “what if I practiced showing my thoughts through the expressions of hands?”. I immediately started sketching out ideas and came up with something simple, yet impactful. I wanted all the attention to be focused on the hands, so I didn’t add many elements in the background, but just enough to help get the point across.
