This is the fourth and final piece of my series ‘Proceso.’

This artwork represents the end of a personal and creative process — the moment when you finally know who you are, you value yourself, and you can see a bright future ahead.

The skull symbolizes transformation, the necessary change to evolve into your true self. The cempasúchil flowers, which in Mexican culture guide the souls of the departed, here surround me to represent something different — that I guide my own way, I create my own path.
