Naturaleza interior / Inner Nature
During the search for the inner color all kinds of doubts arise. Making an artistic work completely different from the previous ones produces a slight feeling of being disoriented. The possibilities are multiple in terms of technique, texture and combination of tones and palette. This combination is infinite and provokes an emptiness for not knowing the end -which is never really known-. There is a kind of blurred image that seeks to appear and stays with you for a few days but does not give too many clues.
On a graphic level, it talks about a "nature", let's say an inner-nature, personal one. It contains recognizable ground elements, primary elements of a collective imagination that clashes directly with the my-personal one, and mixes with some invented forms, they are Dada elements.
This is the search for virtuosity backwards/forwards, unlearning, going back to the beginning and starting from the colors. The concrete lines are gone in order to give space to the other, to the drive.
So we have;
DRIVE - DADA - FAUVIST
The impulse invites us to expel, to release, to let things be. Rendez-vouz! the poets used to say, and they emptied their souls.
This is what I have surrendered to, to something that had to exist, a challenge*, the search for color and the inner image,
