The artwork shows an enraged tiger already moving without the need to be violent. Around the tiger the enviroment appears pretty as well as chaotic, representing a broken home disguised as safety. Despite the distinct anger in the tigers expression. The painting is not about revenge, its about the awakening and the decision to leave everything behind.
The artwork speaks to the hidden strength of those who endure domestic violence and the courage it takes to leave it.
The 3d elements in the corner are almost reversed scars or wounds showing the lasting effect of the abuse. The star spirals which can be seen in Chaosinmyminds other works aswell speak on the paradox of the danger of leaving as statisticly that is when most domestic situations turn lethal. And finally the wheel symbolise how the memories click into place and the survivor sees the abuse clearly.
