Violence against women and minors is an abomination that upsets more and more every day, but everything is still accentuated by the indifference of society that does not seem to realize how horrible this situation is. The dejected, wounded and bleeding face in steel wants to represent the suffering of victims of physical and sexual abuse. A silent expression, without a mouth, without even the possibility of screaming for help. A face that is however tenacious, does not surrender to abuses and disinterest, and deviates from the fake white cover of fabric, a symbol of the blanket of carelessness that often surrounds these events.
