"Aurum" was created in the coffee art pouring technique.
The name and picture came together immediately. I was inspired by the range of a South Tyrolean coffee roastery. Aurum, gold, it can hardly be more noble. A balanced, fruity espresso with lasting notes of dark chocolate, mild taste and subtle acidity.
