ERA UMA VEZ... (ONCE UPON A TIME...) is a never-ending story.

In an infinite visual narrative, António Azevedo puts together a series of independent episodes that portray everyday scenes that he reproduces meticulously and in detail.

Each of these scenarios is like a small act in a play, in which the miniature characters inhabit fantasized places created from banal but unexpected objects that are part of our routine.

With scenographic and scale exercises, the artist creates in each of his works a unique atmosphere that allows the viewer to become a true playwright, able to idealize his own story from the window that opens before his eyes...
