The vessel are made of leather offcuts stitched together with white waxed thread, using the traditional double thread stitching technic.

The leather, being a natural material, will age beautifully and gain a deeper tone over the year. As this product is made by hand, each object is unique and slightly different.

Annick enjoys the contrast of the materials and is playing with the opposite textures of the smoothness of the natural leather and the patterns created by the white waxed thread. The shape of the vessel is very soft and round, giving a sense of comfort while the inside of the vessel is darker, with the different intricate stitching pattern, giving a sense of cocooning.
