Aven Le Zhou is an artist and scholar whose practice-based research flows between techno-chauvinism and Luddism, advocating for technodiversity. Through interactive art, he critically examines the sociocultural and ecological dimensions of technological advancements, including generative artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, and spatial computing. His work consistently explores the complex interweaving of and relational dynamics between embodiment and technological mediation, which have been exhibited internationally at prominent venues such as the Chronus Art Center (China, 2024), Ars Electronica Festival (Austria, 2023 & 2024), the Inaugural Digital Art China Exhibition (China, 2024), ISEA Creative Works (France, 2023), Shanghai Duolun Museum of Modern Art (China, 2019), Fouhaus+ Art Space (China, 2018), Yah! Nah! Gallery (China, 2018), and in AI conference exhibitions, including SIGGRAPH (2024), CVPR (2024), ICCV (2019), and NeurIPS (2018–2020).
