I’m a Toronto-based artist and have chosen art as my career since 2014. The art works I create mainly focus on the relationship between human being and the universe which is provoking discussions about the roles each individual can play in the world. I work with canvas, ceramics as well as watercolour. Currently, I was selected as Top 5 Finalists artist in Markham city for the Markham Create Challenge as a part of celebration of Canada Day 2020.
I am naturally sensitive to metaphysical laws. My works present doubts about my own existence, the relationship between myself and the universe, and the strange life experience.
My universal series artworks are inspired from Chinese ink paintings, using acrylic thick brush strokes, charcoal power and smoky layers, to activate the subconscious deep, jump out of the conscious rhythm of the spiritual consciousness, turning round and round, sometimes launching, gathering and disengaging, level beating. Presenting different levels of space, so that the sensation has the feeling of turning into it and moving with its energy.
My creation have the greatest resilience to myself, but it also has spiritual inspiration for people from all walks of life. I am the possibility of creating new and positive energy for both culture development and universal discovering.
