Tom is an American artist living near San Francisco, California with his wife marge. He was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He has always been interest in art and photography, starting in grade school with a Kodak brownie camera. He study art and photography at University of Dallas and did graduate studies at the University of Texas, with photography studies under Garry Winogrand. He has complete a series of work in bronze and large video pieces.
