Born in 1972, Warsaw, Wolski studied physical oceanography at the University of Gdansk.
After his graduation in 1998, he decided to change his career path and started working as a
goldsmith and designer. He is a completely self-taught maker. Jewellery was his first love, but
now he also creates bigger forms - sculptures, lamps, furniture. Member of Group Six.
His works were exhibited at private galleries and museums like Danish Museum of Art &
Design, Holon Design Museum or The Museum of Arts and Design New York.
From Design to Art
I try to divide my activity. Designing occupies most of my time. Creating well-designed
products, widely accepted by the public, gives me a lot of satisfaction. However, it’s being an
artist that is the most important thing for me – from time to time, but only when I have
something important to say from my subjective point of view.
