I am Franziska Bernadette and I successfully completed my studies in Accessory Design at the Faculty of Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Pforzheim, Germany. I currently work as a wickerwork and light artist. In my braided art, I strive to break through and reinterpret traditional, rigid braiding techniques. I braid intuitively, resulting in spontaneous, organic braided works. I view my work as a synthesis of art, craft and design - a harmonious interface that combines modern braiding with unique light art. My creations pay homage to shapes, textures and the play of light and shadow. They invite you to experience the beauty and diversity of wickerwork in a modern and inspiring way. For the future, I plan to work more with new, natural and recycled materials that do not harm our environment
