Ash's art mixes paint and photography to capture interactions and reactions between mediums, colors, and light to produce bright and imaginative landscapes. She has a multidisciplinary education in Biochemistry, Business, and a Masters of Interior Design. Her projects range from the design and production of showrooms and live events for fashion brands such as Kenzo and Gabriela Hearst, to consulting on the style guide for the 88th Academy Awards. In 2015, she became one of the original designers to join WeWork, cultivating what has become a new spatial typology for workspace design and model for how design and buildings can scale at speed. In just two years, she led the design of projects along the West Coast, New York, London, and most notably the first building in India. Her work in Sustainability extends beyond the environment into social, ecological, and economic dimensions towards a global Circular Economy. Since 2018, she has been working with innovation partners in Europe and Asia to re-design global supply chains and convert waste, destined for landfill and marine environments, into materials and products with true integrity.
