A Ph.D. candidate at the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), her practice challenges static paradigms of archival preservation. By synthesizing generative AI, spatial data visualization, and human performativity, she reactivates complex datasets—ranging from historical cultural archives (like the Dunhuang Murals) to celestial spectral data—into living, embodied experiences. Her work bridges computational innovation with multisensory aesthetics, redefining how we engage with dormant or invisible information.
Her research-driven installations have earned international accolades, including the Muse Creative Award (Gold, 2025), Muse Design Award (2025), A’ Design Award (2026), and prestigious National Scholarships. Her work is exhibited globally; notably, both Algorithmic Flesh and Stellar Pathfinding were accepted into the CVPR 2026 Art Gallery, with Stellar Pathfinding also slated for ISEA 2026 in Dubai. Past exhibitions include the CAFA Art Museum, Beijing's 798 Art District, and the 751 International Design Festival.
Wang actively contributes to academic discourse on design research and emerging media. She has presented at key conferences, including Cumulus (2023) and the 17th Doctoral Forum for Design Studies (2024). Additionally, she served as a core organizer for the Future of Design Research series (2024) and spoke at the Youth Scholar Forum on Case-Based Design Research.
