Cveto Vidovic was born in Maribor(Slovenia) in 1964.
He attended the School of Design and Photography in Ljubljana and completed his studies at the Department of Industrial Design. He has been painting for the past 40 years.
He had numerous solo and group exhibitions at home (Slovenia) and abroad (Italy, France). He participated in domestic and international art colonies, was a mentor at many art colonies, was a mentor at many art workshops and painting courses.
He lives and works in Sežana (Slovenia).
About my Art
I am a special observer. If the observation of the scene is objectively impossible, I recreate and paint it in my mind. I don’t want my paintings to be just for amusement but rather icons for deeper reflection and awareness.
