Marina Valitova is a visual artist, freediver, and underwater photographer based in Dahab, Egypt.

She grew up in Western Siberia, a place better known for snow than freediving.

Her artistic path was never planned. It emerged naturally after years of professional swimming, freediving, and working on underwater productions as a performer and model. Photography became her language only later, as a natural continuation of a life spent exploring the underwater world.
