Dina Taha conducts research at the intersection of art and architecture. She is interested in how understandings of time inform the perception and representation of the built environment. She is also interested in the mediation and abstraction of the city through photography. Dina has exhibited her photographic works in multiple exhibitions, and is currently exhibiting in Photopia’s “Egypt: 10 years later” exhibition in Cairo, Egypt. She is currently a Research Assistant al the al Mawrid Arab Center for the Study of Art in New York University Abu Dhabi. Dina holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the American University in Cairo and a Master of Environmental Design from the Yale School of Architecture.
