Born in 1976.
I started my artistic education in Artistic High School in Wroclaw, Poland. I graduated from it with a career title “visual artist”, specialising in jewellery. In 1997, I started studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw (Faculty of Industrial Design). I got my master’s degree in art in 2001, in the painting studio of Professor Marek Jakubek
I create my art using acrylic on canvas and watercolour techniques. I also use gilding, gouache techniques and, in drawing, my own ones.
With respect for both Art and the Viewer, I instigated a four-part series of private viewings at AC by Marriot in Wroclaw. I invited visual Artists and Musicians to share their Art with others. This series was aimed at putting flesh on artistic creations in perception art as a medium in documentation of a cycle of life. It also had an important community-minded goal in the form of a charity auction. Art is a perfect medium to start conversations and activities including vulnerable Artist’s soul and viewer, what develop cognitive values.
My biggest inspirations are the emotions’ extremes, the subtleties of senses and altered states of consciousness, which I hide in the imagery in my works.
The defiance with an image gives possibilities to interpret my paintings under cover of the everyday life. At the same time I leave liberty in painting’s reception, without imposed narrative. Painting, drawing, illustrations and graphic design are main fields in my artistic and professional development
Over the years I have created more than 100 paintings on canvas and even more, including small works using watercolour and gouache techniques. My works are part of many private collections, both in Poland and abroad.
I have presented my works in numerous individual and group exhibitions.
