Started as 3d artist then moved to 3d generalist, group lead, art director and eventually animation director and film and creative director. I always wanted to be the one who tells the story through the smoke and mirrors of storytelling. 
Maxim Sliussarev today is a creative filmmaker with 2 documentaries, award winning music videos and commercials. Starting a feature film and working on miscellaneous animation and fashion film projects. 
In Summer 2015 together with our Dubai office I started a boutique creative agency fractals.pro
