Juniper Sikora is a multidisciplinary visual artist, creative technologist, and sensory storyteller based on the Gold Coast, Australia. Her practice dissolves boundaries between art, science, and emotion—fusing soft sculpture, experimental materials, bioplastics, memory foam, and embedded technologies like RFID.
Emerging from a background in textile and print design, Juniper’s recent works explore embodied healing, intergenerational memory, artificial intelligence, and the sensory reconstruction of trauma. Her installations often include touch, sound, and scent elements, inviting viewers into immersive experiences that are both intimate and expansive.
In 2025, she was awarded the prestigious ArtPod residency by the City of Gold Coast’s Creative Spaces initiative and is a current graduate of the Creative Control Arts Incubator. Her trilogy of new works—The Whisper Within, Pearl Within, and Face-Dreams—have been exhibited in public art contexts and shortlisted for multiple national prizes. She is passionate about community connection, age-inclusive storytelling, and building futures through softness and sensory intelligence.
Juniper is currently experimenting with mycelium-inspired networks, memory circuitry, and AI-generated emotional maps within sculptural form—her work reimagines not only what art can be, but how we feel it.
