Born in Vienna in 1948, lives and works in Vienna
1968 Paris - First experiencies on theater, literature, philosophy
and visual art. This time has shaped my life and has not ended to this
day.
Studies in mathematics, physics and philosophy in Vienna.
Repeated times act painting with Prof. Fritz Martinz in Vienna.
1974 - 1976 Computer science consultant at the University of Vienna.
1975 - 1989 Cooperation in various research projects at the University Clinic of Psychiatry with Univ. Prof. Dr. Katschnig.
1989 - 2012 DataWarehouse Development in the universty hospital in Vienna (AKH).
In 1998 Switzerland became my inner hub. Earth, water, time, space
and quantum physics become a tangible experience. Rediscovering Paul
Klee in the ZPK in Bern determines my decision to paint again.
Since 2000 intensification of my painting and drawing activity.
Blind drawings during theater and ballet performances capturing
moments and impressions in just a few strokes became the basis of my
work.
First attempts with a digital art.
My repeated Italy travelings become a second home (Pietrasanta, Como, Venice)
Exhibitions in Italy, Austria and France since 2005.
Since 2015 4HandPaintigs with Elisabetta Meneghello, A spontaneous
interaction of abstract composition and searching lines, different
perspectives that overlay each other in an ongoing process, destroy and
create.
Since 2019 artist in residence during summer at Pietrasanta, Palazzo Visdomoni, permanent exhibition
