Natalia Sacenco was born in Moldova in 1971. She studied Performing Arts from 1990 to 1996 in Bucharest, Romania, and in Chisinau, Moldova. Then, over two decades, she developed her own style, which led her from a figurative to a more and more abstract style. Her multi-layered, color-intensive, and often highly structured oil paintings and watercolors bear witness to a strong relationship with Nature. Sacenco’s varied patterns of waves and circles and unconventional color compositions create intense feelings and associations. While some of her works of arts are highly dynamic, others seem almost meditative in their openness. They all follow the artist’s motto: to give you an understanding of the lightness of being. Natalia Sacenco’s works of art have been shown in exhibitions and at art fairs in Switzerland, France, Romania, and Moldova. The artist has lived and worked in Switzerland since 1999.
