Natasha Sabatini is an English/Italian visual artist based in London. She graduated from a BA (Hons) Degree in Fine Art from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2012 and a MFA in Fine Art from Wimbledon College of Arts, University of the Arts London in 2015. During her studies in London she formed the Marion Phillini collective with fellow students who for a period investigated private and the public ways of collaborating through video making and video installations. Since 2015 she has been organising a residency in her hometown of Atina in Italy with the London based collective Lumen, on the theme of astronomy, light and belief. Her current individual practice revolves around creating acrylic paintings in sculptural forms to create abstract speculative science fictional narratives of space.
