Grown up in a black smith art shop. Studied mechanical engineering at the TU Darmstadt (diploma). Second state examination as a vocational school teacher. From 1990 to 1994 teaching assignment Frankfurt-UAS. Since 2002 member of the creative group of Anita Jäger.  I work with glass casting, metal, concrete, clay, plastic, garbage, ice and wood. Member of the Round Table for the T4 Monument Berlin.

Intensive examination of the work of various artists.

On the one hand, I interact with different materials, especially with their different and also unused characteristics. For example, ice has a similar optical effect to glass (Melting Truth I).

Furthermore, I deal with my own experiences, political events and socio-political themes, which I then lend an artistic expression. As an example I would like to mention the climate change and the different positions on it.
