Alkin

Andrea Alkin Reggioli was born in Dobritč in Bulgaria in 1990.

Since a child he shows a particular predilection for drawing, which induces him to attend the artistic high school. Music also attracts him. He studies drums and plays in a music band. After graduating he prefers an artistic career and enrols in the three-year degree course in Painting and Visual Arts of the N.A.B.A. (New Academy of Fine Arts, in Milan).

He dedicates himself to the search for a personal expressive code in the field of visual arts, suitable for representing his own ideas.

In 2013 he attends the two-year further course in Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies. He expands his artistic horizon by exploring the world of music and dance. He starts collaborations with musicians and choreographers.

In 2016 he gets his full-marks degree with the thesis ‘Forms and Sounds in Motion’ highlighting the artist’s ability to blend languages in the creation of performances. Constantly looking for new ways of expression he studies multimedia tools to make his art more and more modern and inclusive.
