I am an independent filmmaker and photographer from India. I have acquired my filmmaking skills through self-teaching and have a passion for experimenting with both traditional and unconventional approaches to filmmaking. From 2012 to 2021, I had the privilege of living in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, where I embarked on a decade-long journey of self-exploration. During my travels, I began writing stories centered around the post-Soviet society in Kyrgyzstan.I have created short films in various languages including Kyrgyz, English, Japanese, and Italian. These films have been showcased at international film festivals worldwide, providing me with valuable exposure. Recently, I completed my first feature film, which was entirely shot using a mobile camera. Moving forward, I have plans to continue producing independent films, aligning with the principles of the Dogme 21st film movement.
