My artworks investigate the inner conflict between impulsivity and rationality. The contradicting nature of our thoughts, feelings, actions, the ambivalence between what we think and what we actually do, the inner barriers and obstacles we create.

Visually this is rendered through a combination of a schematic and repetitive structure with some disrupting and symbolic elements. 

Relief technique used in most of my works creates an ever-changing appearance under different lights and viewing angles, emphasizing the mutable nature of human perceptions and behaviors.

In these works there is the desire to attract the viewer with a mix of visual immediacy and structural complexity, to get him in front of the work and lead to reflection.
