Danné Ojeda (CU/NL) is Associate Professor in the School of Art, Design and Media, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Danné Ojeda’ s work engagescontemporary communication design, art practice and theory. She was a UNESCOresearch fellow at the Jan van Eyck Academy, Institute for Research and Production inFine Art, Graphic Design and Theory, Maastricht, NL. In 2003, she founded d-fileGraphic Design Studio in Amsterdam, from which she has mainly worked for andcollaborated with cultural institutions that include the Singapore Art Museum (SAM),the Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore, the National Institute of Fine Arts, Mexico,among others. Danné has exhibited her work internationally, published, lectured onand curated exhibitions related to contemporary art and design. Her design works havebeen recognized with the Red Dot Design Award 2018/2015/2010: CommunicationDesign (DE), IF International Forum Design Award (DE), A’ (A-PRIME) Design Award(IT), SPARK Design Award (US), Art Books Wanted International Award (CZ, FR),among others.
