Giselle Lucía

Visual artist, writer and designer. Graduated in Industrial Design from the University of Havana and graduated from the Onelio Jorge Cardoso Literary Training Center. Postgraduate degree in Art Curatorship at the Universidad de las Artes (ISA). She has participated in several group exhibitions in Cuba, Spain, Italy and Sweden, including the Havana Biennial. Her work received Mention of the Post-it Award for Contemporary Cuban Art in 2022 and 2023. She has been awarded the Juan Francisco Elso Scholarship, the El reino de este mundo Scholarship, and the Creation Scholarship of the Young Art Fund of the Swiss Cooperation, as well as the visual arts residencies of Habana Espacios Creativos and Can Serrat. Finalist of Island Cultura Residency in Greece, 2023.
