Read MoreI'm Samira Mosca, born in Bolzano in 1995, and I work in the field of art curating and visual communication through photography, video and graphic design. I graduated in photography at the LABA Academy of Fine Arts in Brescia, and during my Erasmus study exchange in Lithuania I developed a special interest in contemporary multimedia art and curating, interests I continue to cultivate today. In 2019/20 I attended the ICON Contemporary Image Curators Course at FMAV (Modena Visual Arts Foundation) through which I was able to carry out a three-month internship experience at Villa Massimo in Rome.
I currently work as a curator at the association lasecondaluna (Laives, South Tyrol). I have several exhibitions and publications to my name in Trentino-Alto Adige and Lombardy.
I trained as a photographer and then combined this activity with projects for social engagement and curatorship in the field of art and culture.
Since 2021, thanks to participation in various open calls, prizes and festivals, I have resumed my artistic production, favoring artistic modes of expression such as ceramics, installation and performance.
